I keep a list of about 240 of them, but I'm not sure if they're all still active. One that I know is definatly active is a rather new one that a friend and I just released ourselves. http://www.EpicProxies.com We've got about 5k proxies in our database, NO ADS on our site (We're supported through sponsored listings alone), and we also have a nifty little icon you can drag into your FireFox shortcut bar that takes you to a random proxy evert time you click it.
